その中で、４０歳年俸の差が１８０万円から３５０万円に拡大するとの記事があった。
給与に不満があって最近若い社員が辞めていっているのだろうか？
これは、今問題になっている東京電力だけの問題ではないと思われるが、
給与制度を慌てて変更＝お金で若手社員をつなぎとめる
その姿勢が変わらなければ今後も退職する若手社員は減りはしないと思うが・・どうだっ。
